## Important Policies and Information for Kamp Soline Glamping
### Reservation
– **Prepayment**: 30% of the booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due before arrival.
– **Additional Fees**:
– City tax: €1.50 per person per night
– Camping Soline fee: €1.50 per person
– Both fees are payable at the Camp Soline reception desk on the departure day.
– **Check-in**: After 14:00 on the arrival day.
– **Check-out**: Before 10:00 on the departure day.
### Amenities
– **Pets**: Not allowed.
– **Linen and Towels**: Included.
– **Parking**: One parking place per tent is free of charge. Additional cars are charged approximately €10 per day according to the Camp Soline price list.
– **Cleaning Fee**: Mandatory €70 per stay.
### Cancellation Policy
– **Free Cancellation**: Up to 6 days prior to arrival.
– **Cancellation Fee (5-1 days before arrival)**: 30% of the reservation value.
– **No Show**: 100% cancellation fee.
– **Reservation Hold**: Reservations are held until 24:00 on the arrival date.
– **Rights**: Glamping Soline reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify reservations if errors are found.
### Webshop Payments
– **EU Law Compliance**: Payments must be collected through a secured link via credit card. Complete the tokenization within 48 hours to guarantee your reservation through our secure payment gateway.

### Arrival
– **Registration**: Guests must register at the Camp Soline reception desk to enter the camp.
– **Reception Hours**: Monday to Sunday, 07:30 – 21:30.
– **Check-in at Glamping Soline Tents**: From 14:00.
### Departure
– **Check-out**: By 10:00.
– **Early Arrival/Late Departure**: Subject to availability and an extra charge of 50% of the nightly rate. Contact us for arrangements.
– **Inventory Check**: Conducted on the day of departure. Financial sanctions apply for any damage or loss.
### Quiet Time
– **Parties**: Not allowed.
– **Quiet Hours**: 23:00 to 07:00. Tents do not have sound insulation.
### Barbecue
– **Camp Barbecue**: Wood/coal grills are located near the tents for guest use.
– **Personal Barbecue Appliances**: Allowed only if gas or electric. Must be used outside the tent and the wooden terrace area, on gravel.
– **Open Flame Restrictions**: The use of open flame grills (wood, charcoal) is forbidden by the Fire Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia. Guests are advised to use the camp barbecue locations.
